Please make sure you have your heart set on your purchases as we do not accept returns or exchanges.

While we try to make our onscreen images as colour-true as possible there is a slight difference to the actual product from screen to screen.

However, should there be returns due to defective goods or wrong item delivery, you may email to contact@duagifts.com for authorisation. All order discrepancy claims must be made within the 10 days of delivery of goods.

Also, please note, Dua Gifts is not responsible for gift products and items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender, so check that info twice. We also encourage you to handle your purchase with care, as damaged product caused by improper handling by the recipient is also not our responsibility.
